Leadership Assessments
People are your greatest advantage and most critical asset to the success of your business.
Leadership assessments provide personal & professional discovery for each leader in your organization.

Why Conduct Leadership Assessments?
There can be a big difference between how leaders perceive themselves versus how their direct reports perceive them. This misalignment of perception can result in ineffective communication between leaders and teams, operational inefficiencies, and, yes, a lack of trust
At Winning Ways, we hear from many organizations and individuals that they need leadership coaching to become more effective, but very few know where to start. That's why our first step is traditionally a leadership assessment.
Depending on the assessment, leaders can learn more about their personalities, behaviors, levels of emotional intelligence, how their team perceives them versus how they think they are perceived, and the related areas that would benefit from development.
Measuring Leadership Effectiveness
Leaders are made, not born. If you think some people just have it, you are wrong. Some may have the charisma or specific strengths that make it more likely that they are seen as leaders. But in the end, anyone who wants to lead or build something with the help of others must consciously intend to show others where they want them to go.
It takes work and effort to be a certain way and to improve upon the decisions and behaviors that will get them there.
Leadership Circle Profile
The LCP is a unique leadership assessment because it reveals a leader's internal assumptions and beliefs, as well as gathers feedback from people at all levels of an organization.
It is the only leadership assessment that measures the two primary leadership domains — Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies — and integrates this information so that key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface.
DRiV Assessment
The DRiV assessment helps leaders understand what drives and drains them, and how that translates into their behavior.
The DRiV is a 20-minute assessment that measures an individual’s motives, values, and habits — their drivers — and can help new leaders or transitioning leaders re-evaluate their style and behaviors, intentionally plan how they will be successful in their new leadership role, and increase their self- and other-awareness.

EQi 2.0 Assessment
The EQ-i 2.0 measures the interaction between a person and the environment they operate
in. Assessing and evaluating an individual’s emotional intelligence can help establish the need for targeted development programs and measures.
This, in turn, can lead to dramatic increases in the person’s performance, interaction with others, and leadership potential. The development potentials the EQ-i 2.0 identifies, along with the targeted strategies it provides, make it a highly effective employee development tool.

What Our Clients
"I found the emotional intelligence assessment to be an incredible resource as I was looking to push myself to the next level of performance professionally.
The assessment gave me a constructive reflection of myself and I used that to guide behaviors, decisions and my leadership path forward. I still think back on my EI assessment as a point of reference of where I’ve come from and where I’m going. "
