What is the 360 Leadership Assessment Process?

The Leadership Circle Profile is individualized for each individual, as up to 25 respondents (direct reports, peers and bosses) will complete a 360 evaluation for each leader.

This is followed by a debrief facilitated by an executive leadership coach.

Designed to assess an individual leader

  • Up to 25 respondents will complete a survey of the leader
  • 90-minute debrief 
  • 60-minute meeting within two weeks to set goals for their leadership growth based on the assessment results

Six-month executive leadership coaching engagement with twice-monthly sessions focused on leadership goals.

Designed to assess an organization's leadership team

  • Up to 25 respondents will complete a survey of each individual leader
  • 3 or 6-hour group debriefing session facilitated by an executive leadership coach.

Six-month executive leadership coaching engagement with twice-monthly sessions focused on leadership goals.
