Executive Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer

How are you impacting those you lead?

How do you know how your team is experiencing you and your leadership?

Whether you are struggling with imposter syndrome, delegation, effective communication, or working with your team in the best way possible, better outcomes start with having the courage to ask yourself powerful questions like these because they increase your self-awareness. When we fully understand how we are showing up, we can begin the process of identifying and implementing concrete ideas that generate desired results and better leadership.

For more than 25 years, I’ve applied my experience in human resources and organization development to positively and constructively work with middle managers, directors, and VPs in a variety of industries. Applying proven coaching techniques such as powerful questioning, observation, reflection, and situational leadership, I help leaders become aware of the barriers and unintentional consequences of the behaviors that are getting in their way and holding them back. My role is not to tell you what to do, but instead, to create the space and guidance for you to discover the solutions that work best for you and your team. Then help you through the process of implementing those solutions.
