Oftentimes, we tell ourselves stories that create barriers that keep us from making progress. What stories are you telling yourself? What roadblocks are getting in the way of your success?

Applying over 25 years of practical business, managerial, and leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, I work with clients to break down, move through, and get around these roadblocks. Whether clients are struggling with interpersonal communication, team motivation, or the feeling that they are not advancing as much, or as quickly in their personal and professional goals, I have found that becoming more self-aware and engaging in continuous learning helps leaders move beyond the roadblocks.

We start the conversation from a strengths-based perspective because the truth is, there are a lot of things you’re doing right. Quite honestly, you likely have more strengths that others see in you than you even see in yourself. When we can identify our strengths, we have a foundation by which to understand what’s working for us, what’s not working for us, how specific strengths are serving us, and what tweaks we might make to become better leaders.

Incorporating real-world experience with organization development theory, research-based coaching tools and techniques, and a straightforward and supportive style, we will challenge and learn from the stories that might be keeping you stuck, increasing your self-awareness. The more self-aware you are, the better you understand what you need to show up at your best.

Previous companies and federal agencies I have worked with include IBM, Siemens, Coca-Cola Enterprises, IRS, USAID OIG, the National Science Foundation, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Social Security Administration, Department of Transportation, Carpenter’s Shelter, Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, Falls Church Police Department, Arlington Police Department, Medstar Health, Dept of Health and Human Services, & Millennium Challenge Corporation.
